The village used to be the default.
Now a mother gets a stack of appointments, a partner gets a waiting room chair, and a baby arrives into whatever is left of her capacity. We believe amazing care exists. Coordinated support does not.
So we are rebuilding it intentionally. A platform that weaves the options together with the support to use them, so she chooses her village instead of inheriting whatever she is handed. Regulation, context, education and aligned care, woven into one thing she can hold. Her partner stops waiting in the hall and becomes part of the support. Her practitioners stop being separate appointments and become part of the village she chose. This started as mindset and breathwork coaching for women, grew into a nervous system curriculum, and is becoming the platform and the network below.
The platform
The village, built on purpose
A nervous system first methodology for pregnancy and postpartum, and a practitioner network coordinated around the mother rather than around the appointment. Four pillars hold it up.
- RegulateA nervous system toolkit built in pregnancy, carried into postpartum.
- EducateWhat is happening in your body, in plain language.
- SupportAligned care options, chosen by her, coordinated with each other.
- EmpowerDecisions made from a settled place, not a scared one.
It is pre-launch and unnamed in public for now. Add your name and you will hear first.

The capital
MPowered Collective angel investing
I am angel investing in founders building in women's health, perinatal care, and the systems around them. This work is personal to me, and the people doing it well deserve backing that already understands what they are up against. If you are building something here, I would like to hear about it.

We are not supposed to do this alone. Somewhere along the way we started acting like we were.
